I was lucky enough to spend Christmas and the first part of January in Boston at home. We had lots of snow! As you can see from the photos, we "profitez-ed bien" as you say in french of the good weather and did some skiing. I also roped my older brother into sledding down our hill in the backyard, which was pretty amusing, since it probably has an elevation of five feet total... :)
Working as a part time teaching assistant in Marseille, France has granted me the time to pursue my other passions as well. For that, I feel extremely lucky and happy. When I'm not teaching adorable French children how to say "Yes, please," and "Good Morning, or "It's cloudy," I'm sitting at my computer trying to put into words different ideas, stories, or songs that come to mind. Bit by bit, I hope to share these with the world!
